He is clearly extremely knowledgeable personally - and very passionate about providing quality eye care both locally and independently. But what I was most impressed with was the long-term nature/continuity of his team at Tromans. Many of them are very longstanding in the business - which is not only a huge testament to the business, as an employer, but is going to ensure that all of their customers will get a very traditional, caring and friendly service.
